Sitting in Ketchum… We just checked our #GreatDane into the Animal Clinic. He has to have double knee surgery.This was a hard decision for me, as its a substantial amount of money, and the additional stress of his care will be a burden.However after much thought and prayer we elected to proceed. Demo of The Morning Meltdown 100 before work. I have to say, it was a fun and engaging workout. Good solid sweat session and certainly worth looking into to follow in its entirety.
