I'm on the grind at the office. And my clock needs to spring forward… Anyway, it's day 1 of my 21 day #UltimateReset, a program from Beachbody, focused on 8mproving your body from the inside out.This morning I started off the day with 2 Eggs scrambled, a slice of toast and a heavy serving of kale. You should see the yummy stuff in my lunch box. Microgreen Salad, Miso soup and some baked pumpkin seeds. Total nutrition focus the next 3 weeks. Goal is to shed about 20 pounds., improve my sleep, and mental clarity.
