← After a legs and back routine where we got our butts kicked… I can't stress it enough, you gotta get up and get moving! My shoulder ached like the dickens when I first woke up, however I got moving and worked around the injury, I didn't just quit because I was achy. This is how winning is done, goals are accomplished, and you make yourself proud because you did it.
