  3. #NikeRunClub guiding me through sprints this evening. Little short of the quarter mile according to the GPS. I attempted to keep a solid lane through the parking lot to get pretty good readings. Tonight was my first time doing a speed interval workout since high school track. Felt good to rock the quarter mile (approx) a few extremely fast times for me. #OnwardAndUpwardWhat running tips do you have for this old veteran? I could use some help from all of you on how you shave time off your races, sprints and especially your #MilitaryFitness test.
