#QOTD – The successful warrior is the average man, work laser-like focus.Let that one sink in for a minute. Have you also heard, "We are what we repeatedly do?" Our life is made up of compounded choices. Evaluate your last weeks choices, then your last month, then your past twelve months. You are a compound of those choices, were they laser focused, or have you been a chaotic mess and find yourself no closer to where you want to be.I don't claim to have it all together, I can not currently claim my last year was laser focused, I can not currently say I was a great leader and coach for my team and those I served.I do know that I want to surround myself with those who recognize their weaknesses and want to enhance them, and build upon their strengths.   1. Just heard an amazing talk about Dreaming Big but getting real about those results. My challenge to you is to get a sheet of paper out, fold it in half put "goals" at the top of the left side, and put "Real Life" on the top right. Then start writing them out and compair your current goals to what you are doing in real everyday life.   3. Life on the road, living in hotel rooms and lack of ability to cook your own food makes for a tough time to come close to your nutrition goals. Quick eats like bars, and other snacks as well as energy style drinks put you on halt for achieving those goals.Make the best choices you can, and make the decision that this is temporary, and you are determined to work toward your goals.
