Sometimes the longest walk is in and out of your home gym.Joel Freeman my trainer for this morning, has a way of making it worth the effort. I did two rounds of his new workout #LIIFT4 before I took a sabbatical on my fitness and health. Now starting at the bottom 20lbs heavier I find myself struggling to stay committed to staying active. However I believe his voice and positivity is slowly affecting my daily decisions for the better.3 Days down in a journey worth taking.
