Well that was brutal… #Insanity Fit Test. It's time to shed some weight and up my respiratory game. Putting weights on the rack and making Insanity my primary workout.

Sometimes we have to do hard things to achieve them, this is why I've started back up the hardest workout in my opinion Insanity Asylum. Rewind about 4 years ago I completed this program. Since that time I've complained about my feet hurting my knees hurting I'm back hurting my mind hurting all sorts of excuses on why I couldn't complete this program again, well no more. For the past month I've been doing P90X to prepare myself to lose some weight and be able to step back into something even more challenging. Today marks day one of the 30 day journey in Insanity Asylum, I'm pretty sure my workout partner Chandra Burgan is going to hate me that is if she decides to work out with me. So what am I posting this for because I'm here to invite you to take a journey with me within a online accountability group. It's time to step outside of your everyday workout routine. It's time to join with friends, comrades, and a band of brothers that want to accomplish more in life than home to work, work to home on repeat.
