Well this one came at a great time… I've been hemming and hawing about my fitness consultant business for awhile now. Kind of a crap or get off the pop situation with me. I have some big goals to accomplish and will never realize them if I don't get busy, all to often though I get in this analysis paralysis mode. Anyone ever been there? Let this quote fuel you… Fear has to acronyms.. You chose: Forget everything and run or Face Everything and Rise. My goals are written, my wife and kids believe in my, my coach believes in my, my team needs me to lead from the front. It's time to RISE. For me I must tell you I have struggled to get a groove going as your coach, I have struggled to mix with my team of other coaches, placing a blame, or the tought I'm just not as good as them, or females just click better when it comes to this fitness business. I stopped celebrating those who had joined me and had found successes in their journey and because of that I have failed big time as a leader and as a success mentor. I've had people leave me, I've had people give up completely. And you know something?, that really sucks when I think back about it. However I'm on a new start and all I can do is control me and my actions. Following the lead of mentors like @coachjimmy and @joshspencer and @scottgutkefitness Trusting in my upline @elisabethpaoli …. Doing what they say to do. I'm not leaving… I'm learning, and those that chose to follow will be celebrated and given my all. #PickUpYourRuckAndFollowMe
  3. Can I just say I love being a Father. I love listening to my children's goals, dreams and aspirations, struggles and pains. Then doing whatever I can within my part to help push them through the journey, whether it be walking with then or just watching from a far. It truly makes for an amazing journey to watch them reach for the stars, and share the memories of getting to those destinations. In my business as a Beachbody Coach and business mentor, I sponsor new people into a business that they are foreign to. We, coaches, like a father or mother have an obligation to help them by listening to their goals, dreams, struggles, and victories. Then mentor and enable them as they require to accomplish those goals.I am grateful for my team, for those who have trusted in me and joined me in a mission of great importance, for those in the future who will trust in me and join my team.
