So better late than never… #ShaunWeek day 3 complete. It was a serious butt kicker combining weights and HIIT. I kept up really well, trusting and believing that I would. I only had a few personal pauses that had me grabbing my knees. I did however feel like I could have went heavier with the weights. Minimum of 15lb dumbbells. Unfortunately the @bowflex selecttech are a bit bulky to do these routines effectively with heavier weights.
