Had shoulder on the 1st of December, and the last 2 weeks I have been using an old at home workout called Power 90 to rebuild strength in addition to my physical therapists recommended movements. Today, Christmas day 2014, I launched into a new journey of recovery and strength, with Tony Horton and P90 #YourOnSwitchToFitness I look forward to helping others with this program, as their online coach.
