It's the beginning of a new day…this dog is tired. Gotta get back on the morning workout routine (currently exercising in afternoons with my son) while resting due to my injury I started not waking up at 450am..should have kept it up and done yoga and mobility work everyday.What's your favorite program to follow when you are nursing an injury? Or do you continue with what you were doing just at lower intensity.
