Okay workouts on the road are tough, but almost every hotel has a small fitness room, or if you are like me prefer at home fitness workouts like T25 you can do them in the spaces right in your hotel room….heck even some pushups, crunches, planks, body squats, and repeat 4 or 5 sets of a set number of reps is great.
