← Day 2 of the Ultimate Reset has kicked off. My supplements are down the hatch, and the picture shows my breakfast.Felt good overall after day 1. Mild headache and a bit off due to not doing my normal morning workout routine. The Ultimate Reset is a no heavy workout program, do some light yoga, walk, breathe and let your body heal and recover.
