Drill weekend complete! Heading home to get ready for next week. Many of my fellow brothers and sisters in arms had their drill weekend these past few days. Citizen Soldiers, protecting the Homefront, training rain, sleet or snow and many of you don't even realize it.Never miss am opportunity to say thank you to a Veteran. This weekend as I drove to drill we stopped at a place to grab a bite, and there was a gentleman with a Vietnam hat on, and very politely I touched his shoulder and said thank you for serving.
