← Day 5 of the B4 LIIFT4 plan. Although it was the same length as the past days it was a but kicker unlike the others. staight up HIIT body weight workout. It was tough mentally, and physically even with my amazing natural ingredient pre workout I was whooped.Could it be that my body is tired after having taken to much time off? Perhaps irregular sleep patterns? Nutrition?, Out if shape (round is a shape though).
