  2. The family went to the Idaho Falls Zoo today! It was a great time, and it was free! Wahoo!Here are a few snaps my daughter and I took as we meandered through the zoo.
  3. Silly cat. It amazes me how interested our animals are in our activities. Our cat loves workouts. Our dog loves TV, and workouts.Glad to be beasting up with ya all again. I am spent after Build Legs this morning. This is my happy spot, mingled with some running. Gotta pass that APFT each year. Pushups, situps, 2mile run!
