- Love mixing up the training with my wife. We have really been using the Beachbody on Demand to its fullest. This morning was 10 Minute Trainer Deluxe Chest and Back and then 10 Minute Trainer Yoga Flex. Fast efficient workouts. That was a lot of pushups in 10 minutes. I just have to say… I have the best workout partner to put up with my craziness in the mornings.
- Up at 0430, read scriptures and mentally prepared for the day. Then got downstairs running behind (need to be down by 5am) so since I was behind and I needed a shorter workout I graciously reached into my online library and pulled out 22 Minute Hard Corps routine. What a burner and a great sweat.
