- So in an effort to do more things as a family we have embarked on a yoga journey, called Yoga 3 Week Retreat. It's a basic yoga experience for all levels. New to yoga through advanced yogi. So tonight marks day 1 of the 3 weeks. The plan is to do it each evening after I get home from the office. The purpose is to slow down, reflect inward, and quiet the family for a few short minutes. Each session is 30 minutes. It was an experience tonight… Goob wasn't a fan, Muffin wasn't either. Point is of that, no one is ever a fan of something that is outside the norm. Living outtake your comfort zone, and becoming accustomed to doing so takes practice… Funny how they say 21 Days to create a habit and this yoga course is 3 weeks.
