One of my favorite things is see my children excel in their chosen sport. Tonight is Dallas first high school meet. They call it the End at Midnight Meet! Holy smokes who ever heard of such a thing! I go to sleep at like 9pm most nights!I'm here to support him and cheer him and the Skyline High school team on! Bring on the speed buddy! You've got this, you've trained hard, you have the experience, and the heart of a champion! Go out and crush it this evening.

- #NikeRunClub guiding me through sprints this evening. Little short of the quarter mile according to the GPS. I attempted to keep a solid lane through the parking lot to get pretty good readings. Tonight was my first time doing a speed interval workout since high school track. Felt good to rock the quarter mile (approx) a few extremely fast times for me. #OnwardAndUpwardWhat running tips do you have for this old veteran? I could use some help from all of you on how you shave time off your races, sprints and especially your #MilitaryFitness test.
