  1. This was much needed due to my shoulders feeling extremely strained. So I broke stride with P90X3 Elite Block to do some healing and stretching. In fact I expect that will be the course for me over the next few weeks. Gonna set up a doctor's appointment and look at getting an MRI. Still smiling, still focused, taking a detour to success.

  3. I got the evil eye for taking pictures instead of working out. Lol. Leg day P90X3 style complete. Love the workout, a lot different than your traditional leg day, but totally effective. Keep pushing towards those goals, focus on what you can control, and do those simple things daily to create the success
