Started something new with my son today.How many of you make fitness and health a family deal? As parents, when we make good choices over a period of time heavily influences our children. Not only do we get stronger, and healthier and able to keep up with them, but they take notice, and yesterday my son asked me to do a Beachbody program with him over the next 60 days. I was stoked to hear this, as he hasn't been much into health and fitness and can eat a whole cake and a half gallon of ice cream if we let him. We call him our little sugar fiend…and he loves it.So this much I do know, being a good example to others, especially my kids has been one of my biggest WHYs since I became a coach.When we focus on WHY we do something all the other things fall by the wayside, I was grateful for the 50 minutes I got to hang out and be motivated by my son today, and look forward to many more as this family gets healthy and fit.#RealFitFamily #MyFitFamily #FamilyTime #Idaho #IdahoFalls #WarriorWay
