  1. Today's workout was tough. It focused a lot on my back and biceps. By half way through I was done… But a thought came through my mind… "The pain of change or the pain of regret.. Which do you choose? You see the pain of change weighs ounces, when compared to the pain of regret." I completed my workout, and I pushed harder because of those thoughts. If one is going to accomplish their goals they gotta get uncomfortable.
