← So in an effort to do more things as a family we have embarked on a yoga journey, called Yoga 3 Week Retreat. It's a basic yoga experience for all levels. New to yoga through advanced yogi. So tonight marks day 1 of the 3 weeks. The plan is to do it each evening after I get home from the office. The purpose is to slow down, reflect inward, and quiet the family for a few short minutes. Each session is 30 minutes. It was an experience tonight… Goob wasn't a fan, Muffin wasn't either. Point is of that, no one is ever a fan of something that is outside the norm. Living outtake your comfort zone, and becoming accustomed to doing so takes practice… Funny how they say 21 Days to create a habit and this yoga course is 3 weeks. My wife got some bee pollen and has been adding it to various foods. It causes me to have some atrocious burps. Can someone explain to me the benefits of bee pollen? →
