This is test week of the new Joel Freeman workout on Beachbody on Demand, LIIFT4. Feels great to be moving weight again. The pre week workouts are only 20 minutes long… Way short for me, however plenty to get a beginner spooled up for the 8 week sprint of the entire program. Most everything in the program is in super sets. 3 sets of 10 reps, done 3 times! Push yourself for maximum time under tension.I needed something to mix up my boredom as of late and Joel has me sparked. Now to take pictures this weekend and get some meal prep done… Overcoming drill weekend festivities is always a challenge.All the above being said..
