  2. Love mixing up the training with my wife. We have really been using the Beachbody on Demand to its fullest. This morning was 10 Minute Trainer Deluxe Chest and Back and then 10 Minute Trainer Yoga Flex. Fast efficient workouts. That was a lot of pushups in 10 minutes. I just have to say… I have the best workout partner to put up with my craziness in the mornings.
