Been on a nutrition only plan the past week. Today was the 1st day back on workouts.I opted not to go full tilt, but rather follow a pre week LIIFT4 workout. Effective and done in 20.Everyone got time for that!Have a great weekend. I'm off to drill so will be mainly MIA till Monday. -Coach B
