The world is called Build Shoulders and I felt it every rep because of yesterday's Total Body focus on my shoulders. I had to ratchet down the weights about 5lbs in a lot of moves to get proper form.If you are swinging the body, or not using muscle to move the weight through the movement, take it back a notch so that the move becomes fluid and the muscle has more time under tension.MMake your Wednesday great, go out and do something that scares ya out of your comfort zone a step or two. Perhaps that's saying hello to a stranger, smiling a bit more, or staring on that new goal that you have been dreading.
