My digs the past 2 weeks.Comfort Inn has a small workout room, but Beachbody on Demand has a workout that fits my space.Who uses Beachbody on Demand regularly? Which are your go to workouts when traveling?

Feet… My dogs are howling… Rest day… So I ran a mile and walked 2. 3.17 total.Felt good honestly. Just watched a show, and tuned out everything else, laughed a bit, and didn't have a care. Sometimes we just need those times to shut everything out for an hour or so.So I'm curious, what show or series are you currently watching?, what do you like about it?
